St. Patrick's Day KETO Ideas
Wanted to share what I found searching for some
St. Patrick's Day Keto Recipes.
Ruled.me has 25 delicious St. Patrick's Day Recipes - The Cucumber Spinach Smoothie and Corned Beef and Cabbage Meatball are keepers.

KETO Meal: Ham and Avacado on Coconut Bread with Chichariones
Chronicling my Keto Food Adventures... here is a Keto staple with the protein being the variation.
Chicken, chicken salad, turkey, sausage & burgers have all been used. While the ham used is probably not the cleanest keto, it's a nice treat and variation. This is being shared as an example of my Keto replacement for a sandwich and chips. The Chichariones provide the much needed crunch. Also, you can make the coconut flour bread ahead of time giving it time to cool. This awesome Keto 90 Second Microwave Mug Bread is from: Headbanger's Kitchen youtube channel. Note the hole in the bread is because I didn't make sure all the air bubbles were out of it before I microwaved the batter.
It's a very simple but filling meal.
2 thin deli slices of ham
4 slices of avocado - 1/4"thick
4 slices of Coconut Flour Bread
First, make the Coconut Flour Bread as follows:
You will a Normal Coffee Mug, a small mixing bowl and a small whisk. I use a 24 oz sour cream container when I want to make a larger bun.
After it has cooled, cut into four slices. This batch is a great example of what happens when an air bubble gets trapped in the batter and just pretend their bagels!
Layer 2 slices of avocado on the bead with a sliced of ham stacked on top. Put on your favorite Keto sandwich spread on the top half and enjoy!

Keto Meal: Cheesesteak Salad with Grilled Onions, Peppers and Mushrooms
First, saute the onions, peppers and mushrooms.
Next Prep the Steak Meat - if you can't find Chip Steak the equivalent would be the Steak-umm brand. Give it a chop before frying and I cooked them in a separate pan.
Last, Cook the Steak and top with your favorite cheese, prep your salad and then top with the onion, pepper & mushroom. Add you're favorite keto dressing. Ranch works well with this salad. Enjoy!!
